Welcome back to another episode of the healthy is Dorsey podcast and Merry Christmas. I hope you're having a wonderful Christmas. Uh, I know you're probably thinking why is this episode a little early? Um, so I did decide to publish it on Christmas day and I did not want to skip a beat because I like, why will I publish it after Christmas and say Merry Christmas. So I would definitely want to do something special and publish this episode. On Christmas day. So I hope you're having a wonderful time with your family with loved ones and you're eating all the sugars and opening all the presents. Um, as I am probably eating all the sugars, not so much open and all the presents. Um, but normally on Christmas day, if we're not spending time with, um, our, uh, a outside family, um, normally me and my mom, well, we do is we just hang out and watch movies have. Dinner and yeah, it took that's pretty much it. Either that, or we'll cook the day before, like we do on new year. I'm sorry, not new year's but on Thanksgiving. And we just enjoy it the next day. And then we watch Hallmart or any, um, any marathons that's going on on Christmas day. So yeah. That's you don't really well. We do. Most of the times. When I'm giving her gifts. I normally. Uh, half her shop the day after Christmas. Um, because I think that's the best time. It's fun. That's when all the semi-annual sales goes on and yeah. So I want us to keep this episode really, really short. I know you're probably like canis. This episode is under five minutes. But yes, I want to keep it that way. Uh, just to jump on here and say, I hope you're having a wonderful Merry Christmas. How your loved ones be with them because time is so short. Time is precious. And any graduates that you're holding anything that's going on. Between you another relative and whatnot, squash it because life. Is too short. Hope you have a Merry Christmas and I will see you.
