1. Research and Planning
2. Development
3. Implementation
4. Launching

Welcome back to another episode of the helices Dorsey. Podcast is me today. You guys get me a solo again, which I'm really excited. I actually liked the assessment sessions. It's actually pretty cool. So today I'm actually going to talk about. What is keeping us, or what's holding you back from regional or achieving your goals. And, you know, the thing for me oftentimes is. What holds me back is, um, not being able to see it or if I'm haven't done it yet. I can't. Put a goal to it. Because I haven't had experienced a result yet. So. When I'm made goals. And if it's something that I've never done, like if I'm building a new funnel, And I say, okay, yes, I want a 25 people to sign up for this offer. Well, It is a new offer and I haven't validated it yet and I haven't sold it before. It's kind of hard to actually put the numbers, go to it. And I think that's one of the reasons that holds a lot of us back. From achieving our goals and our dreams is because we haven't seen it. Uh, into action, therefore. It's hard to place. Of value or an achievement on it. Um, I totally get it because I've experienced it so many times. Um, I'm definitely going through it. I have so many different offers that I've done and it's hard for me to go all. Even on an offer when I haven't seen that. Uh, the offer has been even sold or there's no result behind it. So I totally understand. I completely understand how it's so hard to. Um, to make goals and actually strive to achieve it, even though you haven't done that thing yet. So, what I will like for you to do is I will like for you to start making action goals rather than numbers goals. So, if you are building out a new product, if you are building a new funnel, or if you want to do a new membership, Instead of. Building out is that of. Before you build it or take action on it saying. Oh, I won't tell him five people to join my program. It hasn't been, it hasn't started having been built. I haven't done an outline on it yet, but I want 25 people to join my program. Okay. That's fine. For when. The action has been taken place. Okay. So try to make action goals. So you have a program that you want to do. Set aside time to make a goal and say, okay, When my program, I want to outline it first, or I want to interview. Potential. Um, I would say potential customers. I want to interview potential customers or clients that will be ideal for this program. So I want to interview five people to do some work here, research. Okay. You can set a goal for that. Okay. Once you've done that, then you say, okay, now that I've done my remarkable research, I recorded their responses. Now it's time for me to set aside time to actually go through. And outline what it is that they need or want based on their responses or their quote, their answers. So then you set a goal for that. So I want to set aside, I'm going to lay out, may be. Um, top 10. Top 10 things that they mentioned that they wanted. Okay. So you set aside time to actually do that. Okay. So the next. Thing now is to outline. What does going to look like? Do I want to pick maybe five of the things that they requested? Um, do I want to maybe offer. One out of those, maybe like something for free, that's going to lead into this offer. However, more structured, however you want to do it. But what I'm getting with this is. You want to make goals? Actionable goals is going to lead up. To you actually putting it out there. So considering this phases. So you do different phases of when you create an, a product. So the first phase is the research and planning phase. The second phase is the implementation phase. The third phase is the advertising and putting it out there face. And then the fourth phase is the delivery phase okay so each phase needs to have goals within that and action steps Okay I hope this makes sense Um me talking about this now and i'm like oh yeah that makes sense so as i'm telling you this I am definitely taking note as well So Will you get ready to your goals do action-based goals that's going to lead to the next step and the next step and the next step okay I'm guilty of it too we get in trouble with oh i have an idea of this program and i want 25 people every month If you don't see me i'm waving my hand in the air. I want 25 people come every month to my program okay that's fine You haven't validated the program for you to say that there's 25 people that's actually want to come to your program Just saying Okay So before you get excited about it I want you to take everything in phases 44 phases And make goals and actionable steps within those phases sounds good Alright Every done this or if this was helpful please please please Definitely you can send me a dm on instagram my instagram is uh as C as dorsey underscore hello Um i'll put the link that up and show notes definitely follow me on instagram Send.
